Why Stay With Us

We first came across the property on the internet. We knew the area because we owned cabin rentals before in Hocking Hills. A portion of the Hocking Manor property has been donated to the non-profit organization named VALOR (Veterans Are Loved, Owed, and Respected). While looking at the house, it seemed too large for us, we decided to add luxury to the hills and have families and friends come together to make memories that bring smiles to your faces when thinking back to your Hocking Manor stay.

Hocking Manor is a private retreat placed back from the road in the rolling hills of Hocking County. The manor is a 10,000-square-foot house that sits on more than 200 acres that are adjacent to even more acres of beautiful state preserve. The property is absolutely breathtaking. It is full of beautiful meadows, mature trees, and ponds including two catch and release fishing ponds. There are 6+ miles of private trails scenic views of running deer for your enjoyment. There is a great view of sunrises, sunsets, and not to mention the night skies full of the brightest stars you will ever see above the rolling hills. It also has easy access to State Route 33 and a short 15 minute drive or less to all Hocking Hills attractions.

We fell in love with the stately brick exterior of the manor house that is over 10,000 finished square feet, including a 40’x18′ indoor heated saltwater swimming pool. We also love the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and two grand wooden staircases that lead you to the upstairs bedrooms and additional flex spaces.

Hocking Manor has outstanding construction with commercial-grade mechanics. The various flooring types throughout this home include distinct tiling, plush carpeting, and Brazilian teak wood. All of the interior walls are insulated for acoustic privacy. The exterior of the home boasts well-kept landscaping along with multiple bluestone patios and walkways. All together, it makes for a brilliant luxurious escape that is well-loved.

Our family has been in the home rental business for over 45 years; this is why we decided to provide this luxurious and meticulously built home for families and friends to come together.

We want you to enjoy every room that provides beautiful year-round views of the surrounding rolling acres as much as we do. We love coming together as a family and cooking our favorite dishes. We hope you can also create fond memories at Hocking Manor while making it your home away from home. We look forward to meeting you and accommodating you during your stay, and hope you come back to have a wonderful time again and again.
